Salad with dandelion greens
Flowers are not just for creating a beautiful and pleasant environment in the kitchen, anymore. You can make a very tasty salad from the leaves of dandelion.

You will need:
300 gr dandelion leaves
½ carrot
½ sweet or medium-hot peppers
2/4 tbsp vinegar, preferably rice vinegar
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
3/4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove of garlic
¼ tsp. red hot pepper
2-4 green onions
And salt.
The leaves of dandelion are preferable to collect when the dandelion is not cocooned, yet.
It’s preferable to collect the leaves of dandelions when the flower is a cocoon, yet, the leaves have delicate taste and have no bitterness. The flowers that are in the flowering stage are bitter. But if it is not possible to get the newborn cocoons of dandelion, in order to neutralize the bitterness, you can leave the leaves in salt water for 12-24 hours.
Sprinkle a little salt on the pre-processed and watered leaves, add the chopped pepper and grated carrot. Rub the mass lightly with your hands so that it starts to secrete juice and becomes a little bit more soft.
A few simple steps and today's salad is ready.
